League Cup Tie Should Be Played Behind Closed Doors To Avoid Trouble..

The game in Feb should now be played behind closed doors, why you might ask well unless you were on the moon, the other night the siege of ibrox was taking place, while the game against Hearts was abandoned at 0-0 with a snow-covered pitch the sevco hoardes gathered outside ibrox to berate the board…
Fans group union of fans and several others hurled abuse and that wasnt all at the front doors of ibrox, skirmishes broke out around the ground with Hearts fans and supporters of sevco clashing,There was also altercations with the police…
This has to be seen as a prequal..to what could happen in a few short weeks at Hampden if the game goes ahead and Celtic destroy sevco on the pitch, the fans of the ailing club are seething and are at breaking point after 3 yrs of torment..
The sfa need to look at the other nights events and realise what’s more important a league cup tie that will turn into a bloodbath or playing the game behind closed doors and avoiding serious injury and newspaper headlines…
Refunding fans shouldn’t be a problem…the game can still be on tv, yes there will still be conflicts up and down the country but not on a grand scale, the other option and one probably most wouldn’t want is to toss a coin….
Personally I wouldn’t care the outcome, im writing this week’s before the proposed game and I can see and feel the hatred on social media on the streets and in the pubs, since the draw was made both sets of fans have been drawing the battle lines, the game in Feb will not be a football match…
On the terraces it will be a poison I thought and hoped never to see again..Celtic fans will bait the already downbeat and angry sevco mob, on the pitch the team will embaress..them,only fueling the bigots on the terraces even more…my hope is sense will prevail we don’t want this game back ever in any form. hh god bless

we shouldnt james your right but the headlines on monday morning after the game will read the same for both sets of fans, they have nothing to lose there credibility went 3 yrs ago,so we will in fact be punished for there behaviour, thats my point ,if we give them the platform they will drag us down too,in the yrs since the death of rangers 1873-2012 sectarian crime has been down, this is fact not fiction bringing this fixture back in any form is bad for scotland ,my hope was that they wouldnt survive long enough for it to happen but it has sadly, they will call it a old firm fixture..celtic v rangers we on the other hand know better its entirely a new team and fixture, there will be trouble anyway whether its played with or without a crowd ,but to invite 52000 people to hampden is folly on the sfa s part ,im sure in a few weeks il be writting about the violence and heaven forbid fatalitys …sectarian scotland hadent went away but it was muted last 3 yrs ,feb may just be the blackest day in scotlands history ,i pray not hh god bless
