It’s been a few days now since.. Glasgow celtic Scotland’s most successful club won there 3 Rd title in a row, every title win is sweet and any player would probably tell you the first is as good as the last ,whats been special about the 2013-14 season is winning it in record time with possibly more records to break..in fact it s been a season like no other for club and player achievements…

As far as the team goes we’ve won it.. with 7 games to spare that to my knowledge is the quickest since the inception of the premier league, we have a opportunity to finish on a massive points total of 105 points, of course to achieve this we have to win every game, who knows how our final goals tally will read should we perform in the manner we did in the title winning game against Partick thistle,so again goals for and against could be record-breaking..

On an individual level we had Fraser Forster beating Charlie Shaws.goalkeeping record of 10 shut outs at club level .
…..then
On 22 February 2014, Forster broke Bobby Clark’s Scottish League record of 1155 minutes without conceding a goal in a league match. Celtic won 2–0 away at Hearts, and Forster racked up his 13th consecutive clean sheet in the league.Forster’s clean sheet run finally ended on 1,256 minutes against Aberdeen on 25 February 2014, with Jonny Hayes beating Forster with an impressive 30 yard shot to open the scoring in a 2–1 win for The Dons.

An Impressive achievement for any goalkeeper, but for it to be proudly held by a celtic lad is fabulous….

Neil Lennon’s achievements have to be recognised to he’s become only the 4 th celtic manager to win 3 titles in a row…It was also Lennon’s 153rd league game as manager – and his sides have won 118 of them, losing only 17.” with 18 draws

More importantly the abuse Neil Lennon was subjected to in the early days of the tenure was nothing short of deplorable and it’s the measure of the man he’s still the boss at celtic, neils service to the club from player to coach,to eventually manager will always be remembered by the celtic family,of course we hope he’s going to be around for a good few more…..

Overall this season may not have brought the 3 trophy expected but in these other disappointments namely the league cup and Scottish cup, other positives can be found, firstly we as celtic fans know we have a unbroken history,no tainted titles,no debt worries, we also don’t live in the shadow of anyone celtic are and I believe for many yrs will dominate the Scottish game,9 of the last 12 titles have went to parkhead, the dominance will continue for many a year, sevco5088 may come back to the spfl one day but like rangers fc they will die trying….this is just the beginning…..god bless

PARTICK THISTLE…1
Elliot 85

CELTIC…5
Stokes 3, 90+1, Henderson 49, Johansen 53, Commons 90+3

CELTIC were crowned Scottish champions for a third successive season tonight with a fantastic five-star showing at Firhill.Anthony Stokes capped off a magnificent Man-of-the-Match performance with a deadly double, while Liam Henderson also continued his meteoric rise with his first goal for the club…….

Stefan Johansen and Kris Commons were also on target as the Hoops turned on style in the second half after a hotly-contest opening 45 minutes. It was a moment to savour for Neil Lennon, who becomes just the fourth Celtic manager to guide the club to three-in-a-row following Willie Maley, Jock Stein and Gordon Strachan…..

And it was a memorable way for the Irishman to mark his fourth anniversary of taking the reins in Paradise, a milestone he had reached the previous day.The Hoops boss had made only one change from the side that put St Mirren to the sword on Saturday as Efe Ambrose returned to the side at the expense of 17-year-old Henderson, who was named among the substitutes……..

Backed by a boisterous travelling support, the Bhoys made a brisk start, breaking the deadlock inside the first three minutes. Emilio Izaguirre cut in from the left and sent a deep cross towards the back post and Stokes was there with acres of space to thump a header beyond Paul Gallacher.

Celtic were playing with purpose and intent and the home side were having to withstand heavy pressure as Leigh Griffiths and Virgil van Dijk both came close with headers. After that early onslaught, the Jags regrouped and began to come forward in search of a leveller. Prince Bauben had a shot blocked on the edge of the area and the Hoops defence were forced clear a series of corners and free-kicks……

Alan Archibald’s side were growing in confidence and a heavy touch from Chris Erskine saw him spurn a decent opening after he had been picked out by the lively Lyle Taylor. The visitors were having to work hard to find space against their revitalised hosts, although Izaguirre continued to offer a willing outlet down the left, and Thistle had to defend two inviting crosses from the Honduran aimed at Commons……

The manager made a switch at the break, with Henderson replacing Matthews and the 17-year-old made an instant impact.Just four minutes after the interval, Commons and Griffiths dummied a cross from the left into young midfielder’s path and he kept his cool to drill a low shot into the far corner.

Celtic had rediscovered their earlier fluency and they quickly added a third as Johansen stroke purposefully into the box before rifling under Gallacher.Thistle replied with Gary Fraser’s powerful effort from distance, which Forster had to push round the post, while Taylor could only send a close-range header straight at the Englishman.

Commons was becoming more prominent in proceedings and he forced Gallacher into action twice in quick succession, first with a delicate chip and then with a rasping, low drive.Griffiths thought he had tapped home a fourth from Stokes’ centre but his celebrations were cut short by the offside flag. Stokes befell the same fate in the closing stages as he tucked away substitute Georgios Samaras’ cross, while Commons scooped over from only a few yards out……

With five minutes left, the Jags reduced the arrears through Christie Elliot but that couldn’t dampen the mood of carnival atmosphere among the away support. And they had further cause for celebration as Stokes found the top corner with a superb strike and Commons stabbed home with practically the last kick of the game…….

Hey there! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers?

My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing months
of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any solutions
    to stop hackers?
