Impressive stats from the big man ..of course its been a team effort but when called upon the big keeper has pulled off some outstanding stops,the one flaw in his game is coming for cross balls,and youll see him punch the ball more often than not…but to be honest thats a minor detail ,because stats dont lie …hes on the verge of breaking charlie shaws club record set way back in 1914-and 1922….
Its been a while since as a celtic fan we can feel comfortable with our man between the sticks,celtic in recent yrs wasent blessed with a keeper like fraser forster hes a man mountain in goals and the big guy is desperate to keep the run going,some of the saves in the hibs and kilmarnock games recently proved the fact….
With the world cup coming up in the summer forster will want to get himself on the radar and everything hes been doing so far ..tells me he will be on the plane to brazil ..in my opinion hes a better all round goalkeeper than joe hart so watch this space to see if he can nick the england no 1 jersey..
So st mirrens up nxt on sunday and another clean sheet will see the team and big fraser break the record,one of many the team are going for this season..i wish them all the best ..hh
